From our notes used during observation, we know the animal was awake and freely moving until the 5 minute mark which is equivalent to the 600,000th point, recording at 2000 samples per second. Therefore, for 1 minute of behavior, we select a start point of 300,000 and endpoint of 420,000 (red area in B).
