  1. The dimensions of the GEO test data are expressed as the number of experiments and the number of probes. The execution time of build-mst is reported in seconds, averaged across 5 trials, for a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Quad CPU (Q6600) with 8 GB RAM. The maximum memory usage was not more than 400 MB for the largest data set.
